A drum! A drum! Macbeth doth come. Arizona Curriculum Theater presents a spell-binding adaptation of William Shakespeare's grisly tale of ambition and murder.
At about 90-minutes in length, this fast-paced version of Macbeth features a live soundscape design by early music ensemble Bartholomew Faire. The script retains much of Shakespeare's rich, evocative language, without sacrificing any of the blood, and appeals to both fans and newcomers alike.
The soundscape design in Macbeth will be performed on period instruments by the Valley's own masters of early music Bartholomew Faire.
